I had ordered the watch and after few weeks I was told it’s lost in the post. And I wanted to cancel and get my refund, but I felt respected when the founders of Swiss watch boutique said that, we as a buyer trusted and placed order therefore they as seller want to keep that trust and while they will claim for the insurances they sent the second watch. Although this took few weeks but I am glad to finally receive the watch and totally respect the Swiss watch boutique for keeping its word and trust. Thanks a lot and regards
